At Atterdag Kids, we want you to love everything you purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

Eligible returns may be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free In-Store Returns

Eligible online purchases may be returned at our Solvang boutique within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your original order number inside your package.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email sales@atterdagkids.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll be happy to help make it right!

Online Purchases

This policy applies to purchases made through AtterdagKids.com.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers or websites.
