Orders of more than $75 US Dollars have free shipping in the United States via USPS or FedEx Ground.
Shipping is provided by United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS), and FedEx.
Shipping Cost & Shipping Times
Delivery estimates are calculated from the shipping date. This can be different than the order date, since some orders will take 1 business day to process, depending on the time of day. We stop shipping out orders at 2:00 pm PST. So orders after 2:00 PM, will have a shipping date of the next business day. Shipping time ranges from 3 -5 business days for standard Ground Delivery, depending on your location. We offer expedited shipping also at an extra cost. The transit time is calculated using business days, (excludes Saturday & Sundays). Holidays are also considered when calculating the transit time.
USPS Priority mail, USPS First Class, UPS and FedEx Ground services give expected delivery dates, but are only estimates and NOT guaranteed delivery dates. We do not provide refunds for ground shipping services that exceed their estimated arrival dates. We will refund shipping cost of a guaranteed express domestic service such as FedEx or UPS Second Day or Next Day if it arrives after its guaranteed estimate (based on shipping date and business days.) The guaranteed estimate can be seen on the tracking page from UPS or FedEx.
All international shipping is not refundable. For International customers, we also offer real time rates for shipments to Canada and the EU and certain other countries. You can email us if you are not listed. Please be aware that the delivery charges you will pay to ship your order do not include any local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges which are usually collected at delivery. We can tell you what it will cost to ship your products, but taxes and import duties for your country are the buyer's responsibility. Some charges such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as customs duties may be applicable. These charges vary by country and the size of your order and are assessed by the governmental agency and almost impossible for us to know what the tax for every country will be since it varies significantly with locale.
Most packages will have a tracking number that is available online and will be emailed to the customer.
Broken & Damaged Shipments
